I want to share my story to shortly. My name is samiran biswas. I am belongs to West Bengal. Im not telling from being of my life. In my banking sector, I was joined as a fresher in jana small finance bank in 2019. As per joining, they told me you are joining as a operation in bank. CPC TEAM , LOAN PROCESSING. after completing training they were moved to contact centre. It was very difficult to me.
Daily you have to take 120 connected calls, 5.5 talktime and 30-50 % should be loan EMI collection. I know it will be difficult at frist time. In contact center very less grow from other departments. Whatever I worked there 3 years. I have learn everything in assets as well as liabilities products. It was the time 2022 April months. I was applied for Relationship manager in ICICI bank. I gave interview in branch two times( BM,RH ). after that I moved to HR round. I had cleared HR round and I got offer letter after 10 days with 100% hike on previous salary.

Every being be start with fight.

Im so happy. Also I will do work hard to achieve my goal.

So everyone can achieve goals just focus and study.
