Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This Interview has a total of 4 rounds. First one is Group Discussion, here you are given a common topic and everyone should speak about the topic for a minute. It can be general topic or debate based on HRs mindset and number of candidates. Second round is Technical where your knowledge on Online shopping and fraud is tested. Questions where of objective type with scenarios and I am asked to find out what type oh fraud it is. Third round is Area Manager round, here technical as well as General knowledge about the trends happening online and also curricular is tested. Once done with all the above rounds I reached HR round where general questions were asked to find my characters and suitability for the job. And finally discussion about salary.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - All you need to do is belive in yourself. One should either prepare for all the possible questions that might be asked or not prepare at all, this might be awkward, but it is the best way as, if you prepare specifically it might rob you of your ability to answer really different question. Also, this doesn't mean that you must not prepare at all, as personal interview will need good amount of preparation (in fluency). And once if you are ready for the personal interview you might as well be ready for all other rounds. As already mentioned you need to believe in yourself. To be simple believe in yourself and have a stress free attitude as that alone will help you in answering the almost all the tricky questions that are being asked. And finally the most important thing is MIND YOUR WORDS as the interviewer is intelligent enough to trap you from what you say.
