Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have facing worst experience in recruitment process, they had not given me offer just because of I have not completed/ pursuing my graduation degree, where as I have 12+ years industry experience, also got selected from 2 technical rounds.
Educational criteria has needs to be checked very earlier stage while they shortlisting resume, but in my case this was absent, it is totally wrong procedure done by HR/ Talent Acquisition team.

Also I was reattempted after 3 months (with completed my graduation) again, my resume shortlisted , and interview was schedule, and suddenly got another email that interview is cancelled as they found duplicate candidate.

So the motive is to highlight this absolutely unethical things are happening with their HR/ Talent Acquisition team, they work very carelessly not even thinking about candidates time their feelings about this new job nothing...!!

Basically they just want Graduate Animals who even don't have any technical expertise, they have not hire experienced talent there just hire graduate students, that it.
