This is 1 year long process and not convenient workplace and workload.

18 months probation period 😠

First they said 6 months probation and after we went to the training they changed into 18 months.

They said 5.04 CTC but they only give 3.4 LPA. Because they said it was probation period.

They mentioned 12 sick leaves but only 6 full leaves granted.

They only provide 15 days training and it's mandatory for bank to give the training for freshers but they asking 50k rupees for that training when you releive not only 50 k they asking 25k for caution deposit and another 25k for immediate reliving.

Bank says it's worth job please don't trust him and don't go blindly like me.

I suffer too much because of their norms.
Don't trust Placement drive(campus placement)

Very very disappointed work .

Another very important thing they hold me for past 1 year to get this disappointed job.

They collect your original documents before you joining and gambling to give too much money when you're reliving.

This is the modern scam so please be aware before joining the bank. Especially CUB
