General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.

Duration: 1-4 weeks

Round: Test
Experience: It was an easy aptitude question round where initial shortlisting happened
Tips: Revise aptutude concepts before the exam

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: This round was technical that was testing my knowledge on the applications and technology i previously worked
Tips: Brush up your knowledge and concepts on the technology you have worked on

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Technical Round consisted of two rounds. Both were telephonic
My first round was about 55 minutes. Be sure to revise all your basic concepts and most of all, you should know about your current MT-Project
The second round lasted for 30 mins
Tips: Go through your resume. Be sure you are confident enough to explain about your projects

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was a general HR round. They asked simple questions regarding family, hobbies and told us about CTC breakup.

Skills: Confidence, Project Done In Past

Experience: I gave amcat exam.From there I got a call from Cognizant.
Tips: Amcat exam is very good for a fresher as it will provide you a lot of job opportunities.

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Since my b.tech background was electrical so few questions were asked from topics related to machine.They asked me to write a C program. In the HR interview they just gelled well with me and specially they looked how confident I was.
Tips: little bit of knowledge about programming will do and be confident through out your interview.do not panic

Round: Group Discussion
Duration: 10 minutes

Round: Group Activity
Experience: We were a given a grammar test. There were 4 people other than me who had came for the same profile. But I was confident that I am gonna score well in the grammar test. I did score well.
Tips: Easy Grammar Preposition verb adverb noun pronoun. Just brush up you or mug up your old grammar books. And you will be able to clear it.

Round: Speaking on a topic
Experience: Then we had another round of speaking on a particular topic. My topic was " Why tenure is important in a company ". I gave my best answer and waited for the result. I cleared this round as well. This round totally depends on your knowledge about the topics.
Tips: Confidence and Words.

Round: Test
Experience: It was an online test.
There were some question related to Service Desk. Some were related to ITIL.
Some from Hardware / Networking. Technical Interview was a mess. Sometimes the questions were repetitive. I cleared the test as well.
Tips: Knowledge about the operations, ITIL , AD, Hardware and management helped me in clearing the test.
