You should try to ask the client in a more casual way by asking if they have child and their educational details (remember you are pushing the client on the edge by asking them about their personal traits so watch your speech)
Then, try to understand their child's need and present the needs to the client with the solution of your product's benefits. 
Remember the product matters, use transferable skills for other products as well.
