Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I was fulfilling their criteria of 60% through out the academics.

Round: Test
Experience: Aptitude was easy. It contained basics of Quants & Logic . Verbal or English part was bit difficult and length. There was a sectional time and sectional cut off.

Round: Interview
Experience: There was only one interview. Both Technical and HR questions were asked in the same interview. Prepare puzzles from the book Puzzles to puzzle you by Shakuntala Devi. This book helped me a lot. Technical questions were very basic but nearly from every subject.

General Tips: BE CONFIDENT. Speak Confident in Interview even if you are not good with ur english.

Round: Test
Experience: Basic aptitude questions with some application based questions which do not require any calculation. Second section tests the verbal ability of the student with few grammar based questions and few word analogy related.
Tips: Good practice of basic aptitude questions covering most of the topics and critical reasoning questions without using pen and paper will help a lot.If you are a voracious reader you need not worry for verbal section but if you hardly read then start reading from now and develop a habit.
Duration: 40 minutes

Round: Interview
Experience: Be honest and answer the questions confidently. For all the questions I supported myself with good answers and some examples. For the question regarding my verbal ability in which I scored less marks I answered that I recognise that weakness and started reading newspapers and word power book.
Tips: Only confidence is the mantra for hr interview. Support your answer and stick to your answer. If possible give examples and be expressive.

Skill Tips: Showcase your strengths and make the interviewer ask what you want him to ask take him in your direction.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Candidates with CG equal to or higher than 8.0 were selected.

Round: Test
Experience: It was divided in 2 sets of 45 minutes each.
Coding: To write a function to find if a string is palindrome or not. 
Verbal+quant: These were CAT model questions.
Duration: 90 minutes

Round: Interview
Experience: There were 2 rounds of this interview. Both were HR and questions based on resume and some general questions were asked.
Tips: I think I was selected because of my CG, coding skills and communication skills.

General Tips: If you're preparing for core, make sure you start revising your subjects soon. Keep your notes and concentrate on structures.
Skill Tips: I started my preparations in November by going through case study material available in lan and solving CAT questions.

Round: Test
Experience: Deloitte selection procedure involves a written test which is
same as CAT format (certainly not that tough). Though I had not joined any test series to prepare for it, but I must strongly recommend that you should actually join a test series (provided by Career Launcher or
TIME). This test series will actually help you to synchronize your mind to the format and moreover it would help to refresh the question solving skills which you used to exercise while preparing for JEE.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: general topic is given (mostly it is as to how you would go for implementing a new type of technology in a company, and hence you all have to decide the stepwise procedure for the implementation), then whole of the group is called in presentation room where each one is told personally to speak about the same topic as that of GD. This constitutes
second round. Finally, if you clear it, you get to face the interviews.
Tips: From now onwards, start reading newspaper daily. Just give at least one hour reading the editorials from newspaper and make it your habit. Not only for GD's, but for life in general, its very important that you should have a certain view about things happening around you and in the world and newspapers are the best thing which help you form your views and also know about the expert opinions on day to day topics. So, make sure that you read newspaper daily.

Round: Other Interview
Experience: For interview, main thing is that you should be well conversed about everything you have mentioned on your resume. So, before you go for any interview, just make sure that you can speak about for 5 minutes on
every single thing in resume. Deloitte is a company which is open for all the btech students and hence its mainly looking for the students who have a right attitude and are good at their interests.
Tips: have a perfect set of communication skills. I had not done
any special type of preparations for the interview or group discussions but all these skills actually developed during these years. I would advise that in order to gain more confidence at speaking, you should start taking challenges from now on and should actively participate in any sort of debates and GD.

Round: Other Interview
Experience: 1 round of 10 minutes duration.
Depends very much on what position they are trying to fill in and area of expertise of the interviewer(s). They asked me basic questions on Image Processing. Interview went decent

Experience: The test was all about how well you understand and write the English language as the company totally depends on the retail process, their high requirement was on the language understandability.
Tips: There are no much tips, Just be good with the English language.

Experience: I spoke about how well the company is doing in the present state and also few great achievements of the company.
Tips: Know about the company well before you attend any interview.

Experience: The versant exam was of 6 rounds which was all about the communication skills and spontaneous answers to the question given ending with a specified length Email writing.

Skill Tips: Be good at communicating with the people around and also with good clever answers when asked.

Experience: Got selected because I was relating my experience with the job profile. And knew financials well.

General Tips: Interview question was mainly to gauge my knowledge about insurance sector. I had little idea about the sector but a little research prior to the interview helps. When you are over with the gd/ hr interview and you think there is a good chance of clearing it then make sure u get some knowledge about sector and the company .Read about the sector well and the company as well.
