C- I tell them about the LinkedIn lead generation project I undertook when I joined the start-up I was working at.

I- Tell me what are the metrics you used to judge the performance of the channel.

C- Number of leads generated, Response rate, Click through rate and Conversion rate.

I- Select your favorite category on Amazon. On what parameters will you judge the performance of this category?

C- No of units sold per day, No. of visitors, No of products added to cart, No of actual products sold.

I- Tell me about an experience with your manager when you had a tussle with them. How did you manage the situation?

C- Tells them about a tough meeting with our CEO. She was really frustrated about the low performance of the channel. I had to convince her about the potential of the channel and the steps we had taken to ensure more lead generation.

I tell them about my loyalty for Amazon and my nature of skipping Flipkart all together for online shopping.

I- Why do you like Amazon over Flipkart?

C- I tell them about my experience with Amazon. How it has never disappointed me!

I- How will you tackle the situation where a user posts about a faulty product on Twitter? The product is non-returnable and it seems that the user is acting on false grounds.

C- I will call back the product if it's a one-time thing and issue a refund for the product.

I- How will you find out if the user is falsely returning a working product after use?

C- Let me assume my role as a customer care representative here.

Being a customer care representative I will ask the following questions and look at following user activity to judge if they are falsely returning the product.

a, Past user return activity.

b, Find out the problem that they are facing with the product.

c, Ask them about the reason why they are returning the product.

d, Users buying behavior on Amazon.

e, Return policy for the product.

f, Seller credibility check and whether other users have returned similar product from the seller.

A bit of informal chat and then the interview ends.
