Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Although I personally loved my experience during the Interview process, when I tried reaching the recruiter I was told that it is a posiive response and that they shall get back to me. I have been interviewed for 3-4 rounds. My advice here is, we are all going through difficult times in terms of job search and finding the right fit however you cannot keep an employee hanging for a long time. This shall impact your company standards. Please stop wasting your time and our time if you are not looking for a candidate. Please keep the employee posted on the status of his /her interview. You might have a range of candidates today in the market due to the recent economic downturn but from the business point of view, you lose your company standards and culture.
