I am selected for a job in the final technical round. I have 2 years full time experience & additional 11 months internship experience. Current CTC- 4.5 LPA. How much percentage of a hike should I ask considering my experience in Full Stack Development, C#, ASP. Net Core and MVC, SQL and SharePoint.

Hello everyone iam new to this platform so i don't know anything about it. So iam  21 years old studying B. Tech in cs In a university in kerala, india (KTU). I didn't paid attention to starting college days due to some reason and got fail in mse of maths with 5 out of 20 and bee 0 out of 20 rest I passed and in sem exam my total was 13 out of 40 in maths internal and 60 marks papper in which I got fail with 24 marks and bee also same scenario. Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue. Accenture gave me the offer letter on October 31st. Then we had an open house session where it was mentioned that my training would start online from November 20th, and before that, I would receive an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that I need to accept. I accepted it, but my training still hasn't started. I raised a ticket, and they are now saying that I haven't accepted the NDA, even though I sent them proof that I accepted it. Still, I haven't received any response, and I don't have any HR contact number. What should I do now? Any suggestions? Also, how many people are facing this issue?

Looking for a Software Engineer role

I was fit during my college days, but after starting my job, my health started deteriorating day by day, I gained almost 20 kg since I started my job. Recently I started going to gym and I lost 7 kg and I'm still going to gym now. Now the problem is when I try to learn/study on daily basis, I don't have much time to go to gym and vice-versa.

I am a hardcore engineer and I love to read or gain knowledge about internal working of any technology but now I also want to be fit and disease free, can you suggest me how to balance both of these while also keeping some personal time off as well?

Note - I'm working in a startup as a platform engineer so I have to work a bit longer (8-10 hrs.) a day most of the days.

I just can’t not be amazed by how fast female engineers get promoted compared to male engineers. It’s open blatant discrimination against men at this point. How does someone who isn’t even a senior engineer become a manager in two years? This person literally graduated at the same time as me and yet here I am as a L61 engineer.
