How will you feel?
How will you feel when you get to know your junior teammate whom you have trainer and given KT is actually earning more than you? I am switching job and when one of my teammate got to know about it he disclosed his salary to ask me company switching advice so now even before joining my new organisation and even after getting almost 80 percent hike I am feeling am under paid. I am feeling my junior is kind of 2 to 3 years ahead with just 1 year experience and me with a Mtech and 3.5 years experience feel like am under paid. How can I handle this situation

Toxic culture, micromanaging, work pressure, people politics. These should be the red flags for company isn't?
What prompts an employee to depart from their workplace? Is it not possible for the company to address and rectify its toxic environment? Will they persist in fostering a culture that compels employees to resign? Why is the burden always placed on the employee? Employees strive diligently to achieve positive outcomes. If the challenge lies in management practices, should the company not investigate this matter? Does a declining retention rate not serve as a warning sign for such organizations? There ought to be a mechanism for informing these organizations that the root of the problem lies within their management and corporate culture. Rather than addressing the underlying issues, employees seem to be fleeing from them. Securing a new position often requires more time and effort than simply leaving the current job.

Coworkers that act like Managers
Probably worse than regular micro-managers. Because at least they can say its their job. But regular a**workers who act like they can manage you drive me crazy. There's this girl at my work who used to be a manager at her old job but now she's just a regular part-timer like me. I swearrr she acts like she gets paid more than everyone else! We got hired at the same time for the same position but she acts like she's in charge of me. Every time she gives me a "task" to do I tell her that her tasks are a suggestion, not instruction, since she's no one's manager here. She's been a part of many disciplinary conversations regarding her bossiness towards others, but somehow still works here. She knows that no one here likes her, I'm just waiting for her to quit.😅😅

2 Days in Office, but the Stress is Real!
Even with just two days in-office, I'm finding it overwhelming. My commute has stretched to 45 minutes thanks to construction, and the office setup is far from ideal—no noise-canceling options, no natural light, and uncomfortable seating that’s left me with back pain. Most of my work involves conference calls and deep focus tasks, both of which I manage much better from home. I’m grateful it’s not a full-time office requirement, but the anxiety still hits hard every time I think about going in. Anyone else feeling this way?🤷‍♂️
