Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: Aptitude test conducted by Infosys is easy. Being an engineer, one can easily get the answers for time-speed-distance, interesting puzzles, pattern-type questions. Just a basic revision and practice would refresh the mind before the test.
Tips: If it's a pool campus, and you really want to join the company, do practice calculations and concepts for aptitude questions.
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Mine interview was a blend of technical and HR. Honestly, the panel didn't ask me questions directly related to what I studied during engineering. He asked me a about my co-curricular activities and few questions about my internship. Maybe the panel was too bored interviewing other candidates (I don't know why), so they asked what phone I use. When I answered that I use Android, we had 'Android versus iOS' discussion (read debate). We discussed about issues like UI/UX, apps, security etc. on these platforms. This might have refreshed the interviewer, as he then wrapped-up quickly.
General Tips: Candidate may refer to a couple of websites to practice online tests. I would encourage candidates to do so as it helps gaining confidence, testing calculation skills and gives idea about time management.
