Experience: It is Online test.simple quantitative questions on time and distance,ratios etc were asked.verbal consists of
passages,synonyms etc most of them are simple.
Tips: Solve previous year TCS papers available on net.
Duration: 90 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They asked basic questions in c and c++ like how do you allocate memory dynamically,difference between structure
and class,example of how classes are used in my branch,about file operations,types of sorting.they asked me on
microprocessors as i told to them that it is favorite subject.
Tips: Be strong in basics of your subject.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: General HR questions were asked like tell me about yourself? about my family? and also they checked my communication skills.
Tips: Be prepare with general HR questions.Be confident not only for this company but for any company.
Skill Tips: Focus on basics of C/C++ .C/C++ is very important not for only TCS it is also important for other companies.

Round: Test
Experience: Verbal test was very difficult for me. The test was online and questions for each student were different. Verbal part consists of synonyms, antonyms and rc. Next part was Quantative, whichwas very easy and scoring. Most of the people cant attempt all the questions, so leave the time consuming questions, which are very few in number Analytical , the next part, given to was also rc type, this part was also easy for me.
Tips: Solve previous GRE and TCS papers available on net.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They were 2 in number one from electrical and the other from electronics background.
The sequence of questions is..
1. lot of questions on my industrial training
2. questions on my project and a numerical which i didnt do correctly
3. my final project
4. microprocessor basic questions
5. few basic questions on c++, properties of oops
6.questions related to my subjects in EEE
Tips: Learn basics of your subject and in addition also learn basics of C/C++.

Experience: They asked about my personal and professional goals. How I adjusted to college and how do i like it here. About my

Experience: TCS conducts online test. There will be three sections and there is a time limit for every section. In verbal
antonyms, synonyms and reading comprehension were asked.Quantitative and Reasoning questions were very easy.
Tips: Refer Barrons 12th edition model papers for critical reasoning and verbal english. For Quantitative refer RS Agarwal and tcs previous papers on net.
Duration: 90 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: In technical they stressed on basics of C and C++ concepts. They asked me how to swap three variables without
using temporary variable. They asked what is the difference between malloc and new and how they are initialized.
What are reference and pointer variables and write their syntax. How deletion done in linked list. Some questions on cube.
Tips: No need of writing code just learn logic. Don’t loose confidence if you don’t answer the questions, try to answer next
questions.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: In HR they asked tell me about your self. Why software industry. Why TCS should hire you. They have gone through
my resume and asked questions based on it. Do you have any problem regarding relocation.
