Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: General quant questions were asked. All the sections were pretty easy.
Duration: 45 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Mineral dressing was stressed upon.Basics of crushing,grinding were also asked along with my project.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: Asked me about my family background and hobbies.
General Tips: Stress on the basics of mineral dressing. and posses good communication skills.and be confident. All the best.

Experience: There was a comprehensive written test conducted covering aptitude as well as technical questions.the questions asked were inquisitive and thought provoking.it was a good experience giving the test.
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Questions that were asked basically tested the elementary knowledge of metallurgy and material sciences such as application of some common materials used and few basics of physical metallurgy.some corrosion problems were also asked. The questions were good and thought provoking and aimed at testing the grasp on concepts that a student has.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: The questions in personal interview were aimed at checking out the comfort and capability level of the student in working in various fields necessary.few questions were about the future plans and projections that a student might have.
General Tips: Juniors should be having a good grasp on the concepts of the various subjects and courses they are going through. They should work hard up to their best and be confident and cool as well as inquisitive and flexible in the recruitment process.
