Round: Test
Experience: The test was conducted by consultancy named " MERIT TRAC ". questions are quite simple. 1.aptitude is very easy. if you prepare quantative aptitude by R.S.Aggarwal you can solve easy. more practice is needed. 2.coming is reasoning section prepare verbal reasoning by R.S.Aggarwal . in that mainly blood relations, coding and decoding etc. 3.The English section is very easy. intermediate grammar is only here. if you are through with intermediate grammar you can answer easily. There is no technical questions in written exam. and quantative questions are mixed in aptitude.exam is easy . mainly concentrate on aptitude and reasoning. and English. Only practice is needed.
Duration: 70 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: No technical questions were asked.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: I don't have separate HR ..it is mixed with technical only means I have only one round. Interview is quite simple and enjoy.
Skill Tips: Prepare thoroughly aptitude.and reasoning and practice more.

No need to prepare from R.S.Aggarwal for this aptitude test. common sense and a little logical ability will make you get through this section. solve general aptitude questions like attention to detail,what comes next in the series etc.
Duration: 140 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Firstly they asked me some questions on tell me about yourself and family background when i was telling about myself suddenly they asked me some arbitary questions like optical fibre communication,electromagnets,unipolar transistor. even though i didn't know much about these things i said something related to them. by asking such type of questions they do not check your knowledge but tests your level of confidence.
Tips: Be confident.

Experience: The interviewer was friendly. so do not panic and answer the questions with confidence. prepare beforehand for the questions like why should I hire you, why do you think you are a good student type of questions.

Experience: The test was conducted by MeritTrac , chk out its site and see their papers.
In verbal english , they asked pretty simple questions like choose the CORRECT/INCORRECT sentences from the given set of 4 statements . Apart from this there were Passage-based questions and arranging the given (jumbled up ) sentences to form a meaningful paragraph .
In quant section , pretty simple questions ( basic maths ) were asked , but considering the time factor they were very quite a lot , so speed up your problem-solving approach .
In logical reasoning , they asked CAT format questions ( relations / sets / etc )
Duration: 180 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They clearly stated in the PPT itself that candidates would b judged on : presence of mind , speech clarity , thought clarity and attire ( so don't b casual in your outlook .. ) For me , they asked me : Tell me about yourself , then what was the last movie you watched .. narrate its story , and then in between they would ask me technical questions and ask me to continue from where i left the story . Bottom line : Be confident in your speech and don't let the interviewer have an edge over you , these small companies just see the amount of confidence you possess .
Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was integrated with the technical interview . They asked : if i give you a proj tht is sure to exceed the deadline would you take charge of it .. and blah blah ... and questions like .. if i sent you here on a project , would you haver any problems were also put up, tell them " it doesnt matter as long as it takes you carrier path spiraling up " PERIOD
Skill Tips: Be smart enough to dodge questions you might not know and also - Be careful about your body language and dress-up sense . All The Best.
