Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I filled a form on Internshala which had various questions like why you should be hired, etc
Tips: Be yourself and try not to brag about yourself because the person sitting on the other end has seen this n number of times plus keeping things real will be better in the long term.
Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: General yet very interesting questions were asked which made me quite uncomfortable sometimes as these were things which have never been asked. I couldn't lie as they were spontaneous and I know taking a long break won't do any good so I went with the flow.My answer to how many friends do you have was that I don't have many as I don't think that everyone deserves my time and the punchline is that it was a marketing job that I was interviewing for .
Tips: You have to prove "what you see is what you get."

Experience: The interviewer asked such questions about my graduation subjects and a little about how familiar I am of the work the company deals in.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: This round had the HR person ask general questions about my hobbies and about my family background and also told me about the company, its culture and the salary structure

Tips: Practice R.S. Aggarwal or Arun Sharma.
Duration: 1 hour

Tips: Prepare at least 3 subjects well from total courseware.

Experience: It was an amcat style test, adaptive in nature and measured the accuracy and speed.
Tips: Basic questions of aptitude and LR freely available on internet websites can be practiced to crack these easily.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Questions: 70
Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: It was a group interview, as 2 panelists interviewed 5 candidates at a time. It was more like giving a Viva voce at a practical exam.
Tips: Never tell them if you are planning for a master's degree, else you don't get a job for that time. Also don't stick to a job profile you think would suit you the best, be flexible. Moreover one should always be ready to relocate at the fresher level for such multi domain organizations.
