Test Group Discussion Technical Interview
- Section 1: There were 6 rounds. First round was a online technical aptitude test, followed by 3 technical rounds. This was followed by a Telephonic HR round. And at last a face-to-face HR (more like a casual conversation) with the hiring team.
To get through the written rounds one’s basics in his concerned subjects must be clear. Aptitude tests are generally followed by a coding round. For cracking this, one must do the assignments given in practical’s by him/her self and at the same time also solve problems from competitive programming site like Hackerrank.com and Codechef.com .
There were no GD rounds in this company.
I was already strong in C and DS, so I studied the basics of OperatingSystems and DBMS and prepared all the common interview questions.
One must do the assignments given to him on his own and keep must be clear in the concepts of the theoretical subjects taught. Instead of mugging, one must focus on understanding the concept ,analyze and question them. Know yourself and the company you are applying for.
I faced a lot of rejections before getting into Oracle Systems. I would advice my juniors to not lose hope under such circumstances and stay focused, and try and convert your weaknesses into strengths.
Motivation for applying
