This round was more of a situation based round. Where I met the operations manager who briefed me about the process I will be working for and gave me a situation where he wanted to see how would I deal with the situation and tackle the problem.
Interview Experience
After shortlisting the resume they started off with the voice and accent round to check my comand over the English language and grammer and vocabulary skills.

Do not rush to try to speak fast. Take your time and talk slowly. Try and use a nutral accent and do not fake the accent if you cannot manage to carry it over.

Problem Statement

Interview Questions
  • Question 1: Why would you like to apply for this position ?
Interview Experience
I had applied for the American Express FRAUD prevention team so they asked me a situation where I had to deal with a Amex card member and prevent fraud on his card. In the been ming I got a little nervous (getting nervous is a part and parcel of the game) but then I was able to get the trick of dealing with a person like that over the phone.
Interview Tips
Eventhough nervousness is present, do not loose your focus on the given situation and try to find a way to solve the given problem instead of getting more nervous. This is a bit hard process to do but a little bit of experience would do the trick.
