Round 1

Test

Test Sections
    Interview Experience
Quant was most important for the tests, fast mathematics, then technical questions. Technical questions

generally asked by the company. The tests were mostly MCQ. Some tests were there which had subjective question papers. Those subjective type tests lasted 3 hours. They would write a program to do *task* type questions. The programming

language to write the code in, was our choice. The language options were C, C++, Python, Java. Python was rarely asked
    Round 2

    Group Discussion

    Interview Tips
The skills they wanted to test was to see how well they were able to express their ideas, but without outwardly disrupting others while talking.
    Round 3

    HR Interview

    Interview Experience
The HR usually starts with “Tell me about yourself”. Then they go through the resume, and ask about the project (DDP, in this case) and internship. This was done by the HR team, just to see how the candidate is putting forth his ideas and contributions clearly. Two puzzles were given in the interview. The interview was at least 40 minutes, with 5 minutes of HR interview HR people were not interested in the depth of the resume, but rather on whether the candidate was able to talk or not. It was used to eliminate some people.
    Interview Tips
People with low CGPA had to perform exceptionally well to compensate for the low CGPA. For managerial positions, PoRs like coordships, coreships etc can be used to pitch your leadership qualities. They can start a chain of conversation that involves the work you did, on how you managed to execute the task efficiently, which ends up working in your favor.

            Technical Interview

            Interview Experience
The interview went smooth the interviewer questioned me about the noticeable drift in my 10 and 12 marks. Being a student from EEE stream, he inquired me on my final year project. He checked me on my knowledge of C programming as well, and also about my strengths and weakness(with a justification).

The interview was an overall interactive session, he asked me a few thing, I inquired about the designation that we would serve on being recruited. I can say the interview went well….and so did happen with all of my other batch mates.

              Test Sections
                Interview Experience
Concentrate more on geometry. In Quants, I got 10 questions from geometry, profit loss, permutation, etc. In logical there were questions from statement conclusion, syllogism which is the most easy area. For verbal no books is necessary , eventhough synonyms were tough and rest were easy. Notable point is cutoff which will be less than 15.

Always attend reading comprehension at last. If you have time, attend all the questions despite negative marking (which I did only for quants.I couldn’t do the same for other two sections because I didn’t have time to even tick all) .If one fifth of your guess is right , you have only -0.25 for wrong answers.
                Round 2

                Technical Interview

                Interview Experience
Thorough knowledge of C and C++ , data structures (my area of interest), about Inplant training, Industrial visit and Project. I admitted openly that I didn’t contribute more in the project. Always try to be frank.

I got good marks in 10th and 12th std but low marks in UG. So I was asked why my CGPA dripped down. I told a reason. Have a genuine reason handy for such questions.

The questions asked in first round was average. There were 3 sections Verbal, Quantitative and Reasoning. In verbal section questions were easy but some paragraphs were lengthy. While attempting questions one must focus to reserve time for Quantitative section at least 35 minutes, because quantitative section had good questions.
